This session combines gentle movement and breathing to support sleep, strength, flexibility, and mental health. It’s suitable for all abilities, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular.
We’ll have a few spare mats available, but please bring your own mat if you can.
After the session, join us for coffee and breakfast at The Dock.
