Rehab for Resilience 💪

Got an injury? And been given exercises by your physio, but struggling to stay consistent?

Join us every Wednesday for 30 minutes of rehab in a supportive group environment. Bring your own physio program and work through it alongside others doing the same.

Please note: Rehab for Resilience does not provide medical, physiotherapy or health advice. We simply provide a place for people to complete the exercises prescribed by their own qualified health professional, alongside others for motivation and accountability.
